Divine 3 Ministries Requests Prayer For Group Member, Scottie Holmes
Chapel Valley artist, Divine 3 Ministries, is requesting prayer for their tenor singer, Scottie Holmes. For the past several months, Scottie has been dealing with health problems, and at the beginning of January, Scottie was diagnosed with Stage 2 adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction. Group founder, Cheryl Sumpter shared, “While this is a serious concern to us all, we know the Lord is not taken by surprise, and he has Scottie in his hands.”
Scottie and his wife, Kay have been part of Divine 3 Ministries for more than 12 years, and they make their home in Hoschton, GA. He is slated to begin chemotherapy treatments soon, and he will also have surgery at a later date. “Scottie has been very instrumental in the success of the ministry.” Sumpter stated, “and God is not finished with him. Our main objective is to get the word out to our loyal friends so everyone can begin to pray.”
The group plans to post updates on their Facebook page, and they are planning future events to help the family with medical expenses. Divine 3 also intends to fulfill all their ministries dates as scheduled.
